1. Shipping and Delivery Terms
1.1 Delivery Process and Timelines
We partner with third-party logistics providers (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver your orders. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will share the details of the specific Logistic Partner handling your delivery. Typically, orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 days from the purchase date. You will see an estimated delivery timeline on the order confirmation page, and we will send updates to your registered email address and/or mobile number. While we primarily use third-party services, we may also choose to deliver products ourselves.
1.2 Delivery Area Limitations
We strive to deliver products across India. However, at our sole discretion, certain locations may be unserviceable. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process. You can also check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the HomesnBeyond platform.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
To ensure a smooth delivery, we may request information such as your name, shipping/billing address, contact number, and nearby landmarks. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information. We are not liable for any delivery issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.
1.4 Failed Delivery Attempts
We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated timeframe. If you are unavailable during a delivery attempt, our Logistic Partners will make up to three attempts. Following three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may cancel your order and the product will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable delivery charges from any refund issued.
1.5 Delays in Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to various factors, including:
- Unforeseen logistical issues
- Severe weather conditions
- Political unrest, strikes, or similar disruptions
- Natural disasters (such as floods or earthquakes)
- Other unpredictable events
We will attempt to notify you of any significant delays via your registered email or mobile number. However, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such delays or for failing to provide notification. Furthermore, we are not responsible for compensating for any consequences resulting from late deliveries.
1.6 Responsibility of Delivery Personnel
We expect high standards of professionalism from our Logistic Partners and their personnel. However, please note that we do not have control over or the ability to monitor their behavior. We are not responsible for any misconduct, delays, package tampering, or other issues caused by delivery personnel. Any disputes or concerns regarding the delivery agent must be resolved directly between you and the delivery agent.
1.7 Order Tracking
Once your order is transferred to the Logistic Partner, you will receive a tracking ID. This ID allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order. You can typically track your order on the HomesnBeyond website or the Logistic Partner’s website or application. While we strive to provide real-time tracking updates, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information due to potential delays or technical issues within the Logistic Partner's systems.
1.8 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We collect these shipping fees on behalf of our Logistic Partners. Generally, shipping fees are non-refundable. However, in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a refund of the shipping fees may be considered, subject to our approval process. The risk of loss and ownership of the product transfer to you upon delivery.
