1. Terms for Cancellation, Return, and Refund of Orders

1.1 Cancellation of Products

(a) Pre-Invoice Cancellation: You can cancel your order (partially or fully) at any time before the invoice for your order is generated and processed. Once the invoice has been processed, order cancellation is no longer possible.

(b) Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel a Product after placing an order but before the invoice is processed, you must submit a cancellation request. Please include your unique tracking ID and send your request to support@homesnbeyond.in.

(c) Cancellation Procedure and Refund: Upon receiving your cancellation request before the invoice has been processed, we will cancel the order. We will then initiate a refund within 5 (five) business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and the timeline for it to reflect in your account will depend on your financial institution's policies and any applicable charges.

1.2 Return of Products

(a) Eligibility for Return (Return Period: 48 hours from delivery): You may request a return of a Product within 48 hours of its delivery if any of the following conditions are met:

(i) The Product is damaged upon arrival. (ii) Both the Product and its shipping package are damaged. (iii) The Product is defective or not functioning as intended. (iv) Parts or accessories that were supposed to be included with the Product are missing. (v) You have received the wrong Product compared to what was listed in your order.

(b) Product Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the Product must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • It must include all original brand packaging, MRP tags, user manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), and all included accessories.

(c) Verification Process: We may require you to provide images of the damaged or defective Product. Additionally, we may schedule an assessment visit to verify the issue. Your return request will be either approved or rejected based on the outcome of this verification process.

(d) Accepted Return Conditions: Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are strictly met:

  • The Product is in its original condition (e.g., seal stickers on fragrances are intact).
  • All original tags and packaging are intact and undamaged.
  • The Product has not been damaged or modified in any way after it was delivered to you.

(e) Non-Accepted Return Conditions: Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You ordered the wrong model or color of the Product.
  • The Product is explicitly listed as non-returnable (e.g., personalized items).
  • You fail to initiate the return request within the stipulated Return Period of 48 hours from delivery.
  • The damage or defects in the Product are caused by your misuse, mishandling, or any alterations made to the Product after delivery.

(f) Additional Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, Products must also satisfy all of the following:

  • The Product has not been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The Product must be free from any odors, stains, tears, or other forms of damage.
  • If the Product was purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned.
  • The Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.

(g) Right to Reject Returns: We reserve the absolute right to reject any return requests that do not fully meet the criteria outlined above.

(h) Return Pickup: Once your return request has been acknowledged and approved by us, the Product will be picked up by our designated reverse logistics partners.

(i) No In-Store Returns: Please note that Products purchased online cannot be returned at any of our physical store locations.

1.3 Refund

(a) Refund Initiation: Refunds will only be initiated after the cancellation of an order or after the returned Product has been received and successfully verified by us. Furthermore, refunds will only be processed if we have already received the payment for the order.

(b) Refund Processing Time: Upon successful verification of the returned Product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that refunds are subject to the condition that the Product is returned in its original packaging, complete with all original tags and accessories.

(c) Refund Method: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

(d) Non-Refundable Charges: Please be aware that shipping or handling charges are generally non-refundable. The only exception to this is when the return is due to a verified error on our part (e.g., we shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect product). In such cases, and upon our acceptance of your claim, we may also refund the original shipping charges.

(e) Rejection of Refund Requests: We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the returned Products do not meet our quality criteria after a thorough assessment upon their return. If your refund request is rejected, the Product may be sent back to you without a refund being issued.
